- The three level main dining room is known by three different names; Leonardo (Deck Three), Isaac (Deck Four) and Galileo (Deck Five). All three offer the same evening menu, and cater to both passengers on one of two fixed sittings- first at 1730 and second at 2000- as well as those who opt for MyTime Dining, which operates between 1730 and 2130 each evening
- Portofino is an intimate, Cinque Terre inspired venue, dedicated to offering the classic tastes of old Italy. Open for dinner only between 1730 and 2130, it has a cover charge of $20 per person
- Chops Grille offers the intimacy, ambiance and fine fare and service of an upmarket steak house, with select meat cuts, succulent seafood, and all the trimmings. Open 1730-2130 nightly, it has a cover charge of $30 per person
- Sorrento's Pizzeria offers free pizza, different daily paninis, plus salads and tempting desserts from 1130-0300 daily. Complimentary venue

- Family amenities: Five age divided clubs, excellent facilities and the H2O Zone which keeps rowdy youngsters out of the adult pools
- Top accommodation: Freedom of the Seas has the Presidential Family Suite with a balcony half the size again of the suite as a whole – it’s a humungous suite that can accommodate fourteen, with two master bedrooms each with bathroom, then two more bedrooms and two more bathrooms. That immense balcony houses a hot tub and dining area too
- Entertainment and facilities: The ice show is a perennial favourite on Freedom for good reason, it’s always impressive and always oversubscribed
- Tipping: Royal Caribbean has recommended rates which you’ll find in your cabin and they are prepaid if you opt for My Time dining. There’s a 15% mandatory gratuity on bar tabs.
