The Costa Victoria is a modern cruise ship, which blends Italian style with American service and amenities. She is fully refurbished and has an unmistakable style that combines a traditional nautical look with minimalist design, high value finishes and works of art. This makes it the ideal vessel for travellers who love design, elegance, symmetry of shapes and muted colours. The ship's avant-garde design is reflected in the stunning seven-deck Planetarium Atrium, which has four glass lifts that travel up to a clear crystal dome. The uppermost level of the atrium is the deck where two outside swimming pools are located, together with four blocks of showers, and an ice cream bar and grill. Visit the Concorde Plaza for stunning views as it is surrounded by glass walls overlooking the sea, which comes to life in the evening with live music and dancing.
The main entertainment every evening and the place to be is in the Festival Theatre, which has a selection of singing and dancing performances that can be appreciated whether you are English, Italian, French or Japanese. Enjoy the decor in the Winter Garden, or take a chance in the Montecarlo Casino. Afterwards, visit the duty-free shops in the Montmarte Gallerie, followed by a performance at the Festival Theater. Save some energy, though, for the excitement of the Rock Star Disco and the Orpheus Grand Bar.
Onboard Victoria you can allow Costa’s brilliant chefs to introduce you to a whole new world of dining and you are bound to become acquainted with a couple new favourites. Whether you're in the mood for an exquisite restaurant or the advantages of a buffet, the Victoria is equipped with both. This ship has two main dining rooms which are the 594-seat Minuetto Restaurant, and the 506-seat Fantasia Restaurant. Both restaurants have two separate dining sections, smoking and non-smoking, and are expansive and have marble and pine walls. Victoria also has casual breakfast and lunch buffets with indoor and outdoor seating, and a pizzeria. Alternative dining is available at the Ristorante Magnifico, by Zeffirino, which is available six nights each week. If you are in need of a late night or early morning nibble, feel free to contact the 24-hour Room Service.
For those looking to stay active whilst at sea, visit the onboard fitness centre or take a few laps around the 400-metre jogging track. However, if you would prefer to begin your cruise with pampering massages and therapies, then head over to the Pompeii Spa. Two swimming pools, one located indoors, four whirlpools, round out the onboard features for exercising and soothing the body and mind.
Additional amenities include a photo shop, Jolly Card Room, conference rooms, Internet cafe, laundry services, satellite or radio telephone, currency exchange, medical center, chapel, Peter Pan children's room, Portobello Market reading room, and the CostaClub Corner.
